The Basics


By accessing the hell.bet website and any services available within the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. In case you don't agree with them please do not use the Services.

Hell.bet reserves the rights, at it’s sole discretion, to amend, change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time within the immediate effect.

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Terms and Conditions at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

The only personal data we proactively collect from you is your IP address. This allows us to know whether you are located within a jurisdiction that does not allow you to use the Services. Restrictions

To be eligible to use the Services, you must be of a legal age to gamble, meaning at least 18 years old. You may not use our Services if you are resident or located in any Prohibited Jurisdictions. “Prohibited Jurisdictions” mean any jurisdiction where your participation and access to the Services would be in conflict with any applicable law or any other rules, including those related to online gaming.

You agree that any funds deposited in your account do not originate from any illegal actions or sources as defined in your jurisdiction. You also understand that by using the Services, you run the risk of losing any deposited funds in the event the Services are compromised.

Your access to the Services is on your own initiative and you are responsible for your compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable. We make no representation that our Services are appropriate, available, or allowed in your jurisdiction.

Your Account

To register an account, you must provide and validate your email address and accept these Terms and Conditions. You will be able to deposit in most of the variations of the crypto currencies (more information in your account deposit section) into your account using your crypto wallet by going to “Deposit” tab. We strongly recommend that you do not leave your outstanding balance in your account for an extended period of time. Please note that we reserve the right to close your account if it has not been accessed for more than six (6) months. Funds associated with a closed account will be forfeited. We reserve the right to close or suspend your account in any of the following circumstances:

  • If you are under 18;

  • If you reside in a jurisdiction where placing bets on our betting and gaming products is prohibited by law;

  • If you allowed or permitted (intentionally or unintentionally) someone else to use your account;

  • If you are found cheating or if it is determined by us that you have employed or made use of a betting strategy or system designed specifically to manipulate our Services (including machines, computers, software or other automated systems);

  • Where we have evidence of suspected abuse of a bonus promotion;

  • Where we are legally obliged to do so;

  • Where you create multiple accounts. Users should have only one active account at the time;

  • Where internal investigation shows player collusion and / or use of any kind of robots and programmed devices to participate in game play. We reserve the right to void any game play which results from the use of robots and/or programmed devices.

 

You are responsible to provide correct personal and contact information such as (full name, date of birth, address, telephone number etc.) upon our request. Operator reserves the right to request further information, even after the account was created, in order to avoid the abuse of the same account, payment method etc.

It is Your sole responsibility to ensure that the information You provide is complete and correct. We may at any time request any additional information and perform enhanced due diligence checks to fulfill legal obligations. Your account may be blocked or closed, in case you refuse to cooperate with us and provide requested information or documents, or if such information or documents found misleading.

In the event if you refuse or fail to provide us with any requested information or documents within 30 days, as of the date of such request, We reserve the right to confiscate any winnings on the account, return the original deposit amount or remaining balance (as the case might be), subject to reasonable charges and permanently close the account.

You have the right to complain to a Data Protection Authority about our collection and use of your Personal Data. For more information, please contact your local data protection authority in the European Economic Area (EEA).

General Rules

  • You must register and play on your own behalf only and not on behalf of anyone else;

  • You must keep your login details details secure and do not share them with anyone. If you share them, even unintentionally, you are responsible for any abuse or misuse of your account;

  • Operator reserves the rights to forbid account holder from the same household, IP address or the same residence address, and/or family betting in different combination bets, to avoid the Rules and/or exceed of applicable limits;

  • You are not allowed to transfer or receive funds from one account to another and/or transfer, sell or buy accounts;

  • You agree that we can check you are the person who you claim to be. You agree to provide us all personal information and documents we request to proof the information given to us and payment details, such as (by way of example only) a copy of your passport, ID card, utility bills or bank statements;

  • You cannot use any technical error or vulnerability as your advantage. We will be entitled to cancel and reclaim all winnings gained in this manner;

  • You will not be involved in any fraudulent, collusive, fixing or other unlawful activity in relation to your (or third party) use of the website. You shall not use any software assisted methods or techniques or hardware devices in aid of your participation in services on the website;

  • You agree that we may also share your information with other people or businesses in order to carry out our business and deliver the website to you.

 

Communication

When you contact us, you will not make statements which:

 

  • Are sexually explicit or grossly offensive;

  • Use derogatory terms and/or incites hatred;

  • Are abusive, defamatory or otherwise harasses, threatens or causes distress or inconvenience to our support agents.

 

We record and keep copies of all communications that you have with our support agents. If we determine one of the above, we reserve the rights end up the communication and close the account.


What We Can Do

  • We reserve the rights to decline a new Customer or close an Account without providing any reason lead to this decision;

  • We can suspend or close your account for any breach or suspect breach of this agreement or other valid reason. Upon closure of Your Account, the full balance in Your Account will be paid to you unless there is a reason for such funds to be confiscated;

  • If you try to open any other account on top of your first account, we will suspend or close the account/s. We may also suspend or close your first account. If we leave your first account open, your remaining deposits from any other accounts, if any, will be transferred to your first account. We will not deduct any administrative fee upon deposit (please be aware that deposit amount below the minimum limit will not reach your account, all limits can be found in your account deposit section, payment methods) for every other account opened. We may also deduct further fees under these Rules;

  • We may also share your information with other people or businesses in order to carry out our business and deliver the website to you;

  • We do not give credit. Any balance on Your Account will not bear interest.

  • If you are found to be using the website in any way for which it is not intended in order to gain money, we will adjust Your Account to remove any money gained from such activity and the account may be permanently closed;

  • We can refuse, terminate or limit any bet or wager for any reason;

  • If we suspect that you are involved in any illegal or fraudulent activities relating to your use of the website (or third parties use of the website) or are in trouble with creditors or are involved in any other behavioral detrimental to the website, we may suspend or close Your Account and confiscate any funds related to the account.

Fair Play

If you are found to be cheating at any of our games, your account will be closed, and your funds confiscated without previous notice. Cheating includes, but is not limited to, hacking our servers to gain inside knowledge, or colluding with any of our agents. The use of bots to play the games is not accepted in any circumstances and will not be allowed.

Game Forfeiture

All games are expected to be played within two (2) hours from the time funds are deposited. We reserve the right to cancel any game left incomplete after more than two (2) hours in order to conserve system memory and resources. Any bet placed on an unfinished deal is considered a forfeited play.

Deposits and Withdrawals


Deposits

When making a deposit you agree to the terms of that payment method and agree to any charges that apply and that the payment method is valid and that the payment account belongs to you and you have the rights to use it.

Hell.bet does not favorize third party deposits. You must make deposits only from your personal payment account issued to you. Hell.bet reserves the rights to return funds to the holder of such wallet or payment account without prior notification.

If we determine during the security checks that You have violated this condition, we reserve the rights to confiscate all the winnings, also Hell.bet is not responsible for any lost funds deposited from third party accounts.

Minimum deposit amount is: 10 USDT in crypto currency and 30 USD/EUR by using fiat-to-crypto exchange Changelly.

**if you make a deposit which is less then a minimum amount, funds will not be returned**

Withdrawals

All withdrawal requests are processed 24/7, once accepted they are sent and instantly.

Withdrawal from the Account can be only transferred back to the primary source which was used for depositing. In case several payment accounts or methods were used for deposit, the withdrawals will need to be coincide with deposited amounts from each of the payment methods used. All withdrawals are processed within 48 hours unless additional account verification is required.

The Operator may request identification documents for all withdrawals and perform enhanced due diligence checks prior to withdrawing funds, including funds which have not been used for wagering.

If the User doesn’t abide by the Rules within the Terms and Conditions (doesn’t follow it’s Service Agreement, doesn’t place a Bet before withdrawal, etc.) we reserve the rights to decline such withdrawal and confiscate any gained winnings.

Please note that Hell.bet has withdrawal limits:

Minimum withdrawal amount: 20 USDT

Maximum daily withdrawal amount: 2 000 USDT

Maximum weekly withdrawal amount: 10 000 USDT

Maximum monthly withdrawal amount: 40 000 USDT

Fees: 1%

Refunds

To proceed with refund, you have to contact [email protected], the refund can be processed only from the verified Account (if applicable). We reserve the rights to withhold the cost of the charged refund fee for the processed amount as fixed per payment provider.

Closing Your Account

Your can close Your Account at any time, by contacting support directly on [email protected]. If you want to recover funds from closed, blocked or excluded accounts, you need to contact support.

Responsible Gaming

We provide a voluntary self-exclusion option and, at your written request to self-exclude, we will lock your account. Once the self-exclusion is in place, you will not be able to access your account, place bets or make deposits and all marketing materials will cease. Complaints

Operator will use best efforts to resolve a reported matter promptly. Complaints will be resolved within 30 days after received. In cases where this process might take more then 30 days we will inform you accordingly.

Risk Of Cryptographic Systems

You understand that BTC, BCH, and other blockchain technologies and associated currencies or tokens are highly volatile due to many factors including but not limited to adoption, speculation, technology, and security risks. You also acknowledge that the cost of transacting on such technologies is variable and may increase at any time. You acknowledge these risks and agree that hell.bet cannot be held liable for such fluctuations or increased costs.

Law Enforcement Inquiries And Service Of Subpoenas

Hell.bet will comply with any duly issued subpoena served on us through the proper legal channels. If you are issuing your subpoena from a foreign jurisdiction, this may require you to obtain Letters Rogatory and subsequent approval from our local jurisdiction before service can be made. We do not consent to service of a subpoena by any other method.

We will consider whether to respond to all other law enforcement inquiries on a case-by-case basis, and any such response is voluntary and made in our sole discretion.
